Lime Tree Park is beautifully situated just outside the spa town of Buxton with its magnificent architecture, in the heart of the Peak District. It nestles in a sheltered valley which has been designated as a Derbyshire Special Landscaped Area, though offers easy access from many of the major towns and cities around.
On the park, which covers 17 acres altogether, we have 36 pitches for static caravans, all of which are attractively arranged in a seperate area with plenty of space around to make the most of the splendid views.
Your holiday home is available to use all year round except during the month of January, so there is hardly a 'closed season'. Models are now being produced that have double glazing, extra insulation and extra heating so that you can be warm and comfortable, even in the cooler months.
Caravans can be purchased in price ranges to suit all pockets, starting at approximately £15,000.00 to more than £30,000.00.
The park site rental for the year 2009/2010 is £1550.00 which includes rates and VAT, with electricity and gas charged as used. When siting a new caravan onto the park, there is a one-off charge of £3000.00 which pays for the installations involved in setting up for use.

Lime Tree Park is now classified as Excellent by the English Tourist Board and has been awarded a 4 pennant DeLuxe Park grading by the AA. It is also a member of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association, in recognition of the high standards maintained throughout at the park.
